Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

Best location and really good service from staff. The entrance to the car park is not too obvious, so good to slow down before reaching. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Really worth it to have breakfast there. The swimming pool is also awesome for the kids.

My first time using app to book my first time stay at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur. It was a very pleasant stay for me, my husband, and my 2 children. The room is clean and comfortable. Managed to get early check-in upon reaching. It's also nearby walking distance places like Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang, and Berjaya Times Square.

It’s an amazing experience, I’m there for my birthday. And they bothered to gift a chocolate cake as well as decorating the room for my bday. My wife requested if hotel can do anything for me. And they did with flying colors! It does make me feel special at no extra cost. It means something to me as I stay here often.
