It’s an amazing experience, I’m there for my birthday. And they bothered to gift a chocolate cake as well as decorating the room for my bday. My wife requested if hotel can do anything for me. And they did with flying colors! It does make me feel special at no extra cost. It means something to me as I stay here often.

Location is convenient, 6 minutes walk from drop off point of coach ride. Near shopping malls like Lot 10, Pavilion, and eateries and restaurants. Service staff are friendly and helpful. I love the buffet breakfast, great spread!

The hotel is centrally located: walking distance to both high end and affordable shopping from Seven 11 to Channel. About 2 minutes walk to Times Square which mimics the hustle and bustle of NYC (As a New Yorker, I felt at home ). I often went out at 1am to grab snacks or food, and I felt safe. Area was clean

The stay started off wonderfully well with a lovely welcome for our Silver Anniversary stay. Club lounge was perfect and the staff there initially very attentive. The room was clean and well appointed. Sadly we had constant door slamming throughout the stay, the day we attended the pool, the bar staff failed to show up on time and we could not order beverages not food. Staff in the lounge were clearly overwhelmed with volume and we were quite frankly ignored. Ricky however was superb. Unescorted children in the lounge were not a welcome sight. Our last morning on check out we sat and waited and waited and waited…. No staff. And when I asked the catering crew for assistance we were ignored. A real disappointment to what was such a special visit for us. I’ll feed back directly to the hotel.

Location is good. But crossing roads are not safe. Drivers don't always follow traffic lights. Internet in room is ok.But watching Netflix on TV is a pain.Always freezes and lose signal.

This is not a five star hotel. It has a very nice foyer, but the rooms leave a large amount of room for improvement. The beds are rock hard, like sleeping on the floor, now this is common n SE Asia, however, a five star property shold cater to all guests, having pillow tops for the beds woud go a long way to make the stay and sleeping enjoyable, these can be added or removed at the request of guests, not too much to ask for the price that is paid. The inernet was average and the televisions almost unwatchable due to poor signal and the voices not synching with the screen, again for a five star property these things should work.The lighting in the bathroom area is terrible. The lighting i so bad that the only place where you can actually see your face properly in the mirror is to use the mirror above the toilet, I don't know how women use the bathroom mirror for makeup, I had a hard enough time shaving and brushing my hair. On a positive, the pool and gym area are nice. Overall, an average stay, to be honest, there are better hotels for cheaper in the area. A disappointing stay for the high price.

First, the bad news : 1. Check in experience was bad. Chaos. People keep cutting you off because there is no system for queueing 2. The hallway on the 19th floor smell like a full blooded construction zone, very strong paint odor. It appears very clean, though 3. No water in the shower. Need to call someone engineering/maintenence to help pull the water plug, which is unnecessary in the first place as the shower area only has a single hand shower 4. The maintenance staff only arrive after 2 calls and 30 minutes later 5. The wall panel/partition between the bed and the lavatory area keeps vibrating whenever my next door neighbor flushes his/her toilet. This is my biggest gripe as the vibration keeps waking me up from my sleep 6. The smart TV sometimes has problem with its Chromecast function. It connects to my advice with minimal trouble but then the screen would either go blank or turn into a screen saver mode The good news : 1. Newly renovated, with nice and inviting lobby bar 2. Room was clean, bed comfy and linens spotless. Plenty of pillows too which is a big plus point 3. The hotel advertised my room as King Deluxe, however the bed was very narrow. Struggle to call it a Queen at best 4. Room has a special filtered, potable water tap, a very nice and concrete green initiative 5. Hotel has a nice fitness facility and a good size pool on the sixth floor

It’s an amazing experience, I’m there for my birthday. And they bothered to gift a chocolate cake as well as decorating the room for my bday. My wife requested if hotel can do anything for me. And they did with flying colors! It does make me feel special at no extra cost. It means something to me as I stay here often.

Location is convenient, 6 minutes walk from drop off point of coach ride. Near shopping malls like Lot 10, Pavilion, and eateries and restaurants. Service staff are friendly and helpful. I love the buffet breakfast, great spread!

The hotel is centrally located: walking distance to both high end and affordable shopping from Seven 11 to Channel. About 2 minutes walk to Times Square which mimics the hustle and bustle of NYC (As a New Yorker, I felt at home ). I often went out at 1am to grab snacks or food, and I felt safe. Area was clean

The stay started off wonderfully well with a lovely welcome for our Silver Anniversary stay. Club lounge was perfect and the staff there initially very attentive. The room was clean and well appointed. Sadly we had constant door slamming throughout the stay, the day we attended the pool, the bar staff failed to show up on time and we could not order beverages not food. Staff in the lounge were clearly overwhelmed with volume and we were quite frankly ignored. Ricky however was superb. Unescorted children in the lounge were not a welcome sight. Our last morning on check out we sat and waited and waited and waited…. No staff. And when I asked the catering crew for assistance we were ignored. A real disappointment to what was such a special visit for us. I’ll feed back directly to the hotel.

Great location. Very friendly staff special thanks to hardworking housekeeping staff Malik and F & B Manager Nicholas Betok who greets guests at breakfast buffet with his smile and friendly chat. Buffet has wide selection of local and international cuisines.

Location is good. But crossing roads are not safe. Drivers don't always follow traffic lights. Internet in room is ok.But watching Netflix on TV is a pain.Always freezes and lose signal.

This is not a five star hotel. It has a very nice foyer, but the rooms leave a large amount of room for improvement. The beds are rock hard, like sleeping on the floor, now this is common n SE Asia, however, a five star property shold cater to all guests, having pillow tops for the beds woud go a long way to make the stay and sleeping enjoyable, these can be added or removed at the request of guests, not too much to ask for the price that is paid. The inernet was average and the televisions almost unwatchable due to poor signal and the voices not synching with the screen, again for a five star property these things should work.The lighting in the bathroom area is terrible.
