The rooms were nice and the Nizuc was quite. The cleck in line was terrible and the check in staff told us that we only requested the Nizuc and then put us in the Sunrise.

Great stay. Wide variety of food options, activities and entertainment. Had a great time. Beach was ideal good for water sports but not swimming.

It was a beautiful property. Nice, quiet, and relaxing. Hated that they kept pushing for us to buy vacation packages like a timeshare but other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Enjoyed being just steps from the beach. Room service was wonderful and very quick. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The shows they had in the evening were fun. We had a great time.

The BEST place I’ve ever vacationed!!! Went for our honeymoon and we did not want to leave. Everyone was so nice to us and the food was amazing

I liked the property. Lots to do, good food. One major negative was their aggressive unethical sales team. They called our room 5x in one day, making it impossible to sleep in or take an afternoon nap. I told them I’m not interested in a sales pitch and I’m not interested in buying anything, they told me I was entitled to $350 free resort credits because of my Expedia VIP status and I had to come down to claim it within the next hours, reassured me that it had no strings attached. When I got there, Teresa (sales person) told me I had to go to a seminar to claim it. Sleezy tactics and outright lies. I heard numerous other guests complaining too. Ruins the carefree all inclusive experience. I would stay away from this resort if you don’t like pushy sales people. I’m unlikely to go back.

They need to add more veggies options.

Went with my family and absolutely loved our time at this resort. Highly recommend. Resort was clean, staff was friendly, restaurants were great, and the nightly shows were excellent.

Very nice property.

Great property and stuff

My family and I stayed at this resort for a week. The staff were friendly and attentive at all the pool bars, restaurants, shops and even those driving the golf carts. The Italian restaurant Trattoria was def our favorite. My kids loved the food and i particularly loved their expresso martinis. There was entertainment at the pools and at night. What we felt was missing was more entertainment activities such as silent discos, live music because there was times we didn’t have much to do after the family shows. It was pretty quiet
