Good hotel, didn't have breakfast, easy walk to centre about 20 minutes.

Staff were friendly and rooms were pretty clean. Great location. Messed our room up on the first night, but resolved quickly for us the next day.

Clean room but very warm, if you are on the street side then it’s very noisy if the window is open.

Great place to stay for a visit to Amsterdam. Everything was within walking distance and the hotel was great.

Temperature control in room did not work (turned off for cooling). Hotel looks tired, needing upgrades. Staff was very friendly.

Check in was fast. Room was available way before check in time. I like that you have to scan your room key to get in the elevator. It felt safe. Room was small but okay for 2 nights. Bathroom was small as well. The towels were thin and scratchy. The toilet paper was also rough. There was no tissue in the room. Went down and requested for a box. Thanks to the male staff in the reception that went out of his way to give me a box. If breakfast is not included in your stay, I don’t think it was worth paying for.

Staff wasn’t very helpful and welcoming. I was checking in very late about 11pm. First arrived poker face asked me what it is?! Then go through the check in process, whole way through only I can remember he try to sell me the breakfast. Anyway I was starving as didn’t have anything after lunch. I walked around no any close by restaurants or shop open, I asked him he only said to me order online no more any information then I gave up I just bought the crisp and water from him. Then next day I just see the poster i can order pizza from them 24/7 I’m not very happy. Room is not very big and spacious just match with what you pay and it is clean I think only the sink table was a bit dusty and you can hear the people talking on the corridor and open and close doors. During day time the lift was repaired so quite noisy at that time. Two supermarket (street away)and coffee shop close by. About 20mins walk to centre. Because of the experience I don’t think I will go back.

Room is very compact but clean. And it does not have a refrigerator. Overall it’s pretty good, staff was helpful, surrounding area is nice. You pay what you get.

Hotel is close to the downtown core. Decent budget option with a focus on climate consciousness. Thermostat was having issues however they had portable heaters on hand

The room wasn’t clean at all quite dissatisfied with it.
