Very nice hotel, staff couldnt do enough. The lady who checked me in early, even helped with my luggage. Very nice, quiet hotel. About 15 mins from the city center. They even booked my cab for me. Which was 20 euros cheaper than from the airport.

I spent 8 nights here with my daughter and son in law and we were very happy! We had rooms next door to each other on the 6th floor. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was very nice too. Location is excellent, within a short walk to an Albert Heijn grocery store, Waterlooplein Markt, and several cafes and bars. A 20 minute walk to Centraal Station and trams closeby too. We didn't eat or drink there though as we felt that was a bit pricey, almost 5 euro for a cappucino.

The problem was charging me for an additional booking that I didn’t make ! It took three days to sort out with Expedia. The ibis hotel staff are nice and helpful. The problem with Expedia. Advice people to book directly

Clean and tidy, helpful friendly staff. Room quite basic, but a very comfy bed. Provided coffee/ flavoured tea in the room. We didn’t choose the breakfast option so can’t comment on that. Location was about 20 min walk from the train station.

The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. We really appreciated their helpfulness navigating a new city! The room itself however, was mid at best. It’s extremely small and lacks any short of space to have your things. There is no shelving or storage area in the bathroom or the room, besides the mini sized open closet, if you could call it that. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the train. It’s not really worth it to “save money” when you can book something else closer and that’s more walkable. For two girls sharing a room, this was TIGHT and frustrating trying to get ready and such. Just something to consider as you’re traveling with friends or a partner.

Room was clean, no bin in room which was odd. Fridge would be good. Room was very hot and Aircon didn't work. Road was also really loud so window couldn't be kept open.
