I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London.

Zimmer war nicht perfekt. Dreck unter dem Bett, wände verspritzt. Wc & Dusche war okey. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Staff were friendly and rooms were pretty clean. Great location. Messed our room up on the first night, but resolved quickly for us the next day.

Clean room but very warm, if you are on the street side then it’s very noisy if the window is open.

객실은 정말 기본만 제공되었고 냉장고와 커피포트 슬리퍼가 없습니다. 조식은 유럽식 기본 아침식사를 제공했고 음식이 깔끔했습니다. 매일 비슷한 구성이었지만 출장 내내 이용하니 비싼 물가 중에도 비교적 저렴한 가격으로 든든하게 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다.

Staff very helpful and checked us in early, clean room

Tv antiga, n pega Netflix e afins. Ótima localização e limpeza.

Un IBIS classique avec un bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont comme attendues. C’est calme et bien situé.

Tuvimos una experiencia extremadamente negativa en este hotel. El 25 de octubre robaron la bolsa de mi tía dentro del área del desayuno, mientras estábamos sentados en la mesa. Éramos cuatro personas y aun así alguien pudo tomar la bolsa sin que nadie del personal lo notara. Lo más grave es que, al reportarlo, el gerente no nos brindó ningún tipo de apoyo. Nos hizo esperar, luego nos dijo que no podían revisar las cámaras sin que primero “accionáramos a la policía”, a pesar de que había una cámara justo frente a nuestra mesa y solo había otra pareja desayunando cerca. Además, el gerente nos comentó que “en Ámsterdam nunca estás completamente seguro, ni dentro del hotel”, lo cual nos pareció una respuesta totalmente inapropiada e irresponsable. Teníamos un vuelo y nos tuvimos que ir, pero dejamos nuestros datos de contacto y jamás nos llamaron, ni dieron seguimiento al caso. La bolsa contenía documentos personales, tarjetas, dinero, lentes y un celular. Después de enviar un correo formal al hotel explicando todo, nunca recibimos respuesta. Por todo esto, no recomiendo este hotel. Falta total de seguridad, cero apoyo al huésped y una atención gerencial muy deficiente. Hay muchas otras op
