I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London.

Great location for the Jewish quarter. Easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, small but typical for European standards and the heat worked well. Our room overlooked a canal. This was very pucturesque. The staff was very professional and nice. Breakfast was adequate and expensive.

Wonderful value for a comfortable stay in a very good location. Room is basic but just as advertised. We would definitely recommend for a short stay. All the staff we encountered both at reception and in the bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Bij het onthaal werden we niet door iedereen in het Nederlands geholpen!! Als we in het Nederlands bleven doorgaan werden we door de personen die geen Nederlands spreken ook niet meer vriendelijk behandeld.
