Great central location

Good location

The property was in a good location where we could walk to the train station easily or other neighbourhoods. Overall the hotel was nice and a good value. The bathroom was an interesting concept - like a boat bathroom capsule and it worked. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

We had a good stay.

Good location, a little walk away from the lively parts of Amsterdam but the benefit is that it’s in a quiet area at night. Really comfortable beds! Only negative is that the ground floor windows need net curtains, especially those that look into the courtyard. We had to have our curtains closed the whole time as those sitting in the courtyard and those inside the dining area could see straight through into our room.

Good room, good breakfast

Bed was comfy and rooms at a good temp, location was the key factor for booking as it is very central. Downside was smell of drains in the bathroom shower - needs some upgrade.

Rooms are ok, a little outdated, and no fridge. We were very upset that we stay there 5 nights and our room did not get cleaned at all even though we requested it. The front desk staff were very nice and did apologize about the incident. On the positive side it has an excellent location, close to stores and main plaza.

Gute Erreichbarkeit vom Hauptbahnhof Alles bestens

The hotel is good, the rooms are small and the bathroom is basic, but the bed is the best part – extremely comfortable. If I had to choose this accommodation again, it would be for this reason alone. Although it is advertised as being in the center of Amsterdam, it actually takes a 15-minute walk to reach the station, and Dam Square is about 20 minutes away, making the location rather inconvenient, especially since there are no restaurants or bars nearby. However, there are two supermarkets just a 2-minute walk away. Considering the very high prices in Amsterdam, this hotel can definitely be a good solution, particularly thanks to the breakfast service: for €18 per person (while in other hotels it can cost up to €25), you can enjoy a rich buffet, which makes it much more convenient compared to eating outside. Just think that two coffees at the counter cost €7.20. Another strong point is the staff – absolutely lovely and always very helpful. Overall, it was a good stay, though the location was a bit disappointing.

The room was very comfortable and met our needs. It was an easy walk into the centre. We did find the shower not terribly clean when we arrived. The bed was very comfy and the canal view was lovely.
