The staff was incredible! I felt so bad for them because their server was down when we tried to check in. Even though there was a lot of people very frustrated, they handled the situation with class and dignity. They gave us free vouchers for drinks. Which was very kind. They held our bags for us so we could go explore the city while we waited. It was a great location and you could walk anywhere you wanted from it. The breakfast was amazing! My Family commented that it was the best spread for continental breakfast that we have ever had. Delicious bacon and sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit, parfait bar, croissants, pastries, all the most amazing things that you would want for breakfast. I wish we could’ve stayed more days. The rooms were very nice and clean. They locked up at night and I felt very safe there. Would recommend this to any family and friends going to Edinburgh, Scotland.

First time stay at the Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh, the desk staff were nice and welcoming, we checked in after 4 pm, went up to the room and found bed sheets with dry blood. We left our bags and went down straight to the reception to report it and went out for dinner. When we came back the sheet were changed but that put us off completely and we had bad sleep. I don't expect that for the price Arden bby Hiltonn charge
