My first time here and I was really impressed very nice and helpful staff, very clean hotel rooms, also very clean. The breakfast area was also very good and a very good selection to choose from and plates were cleared very quickly and tables wiped down straight away. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back

Really helpful staff who couldn't be more helpful. Really conveniently located for events at EICC - just a pleasant walk of around 10 minutes to get there.
Great selection at breakfast.
Rooms are comfortable with good facilities whether you are there for leisure or business. There's a small desk if you need to work whilst there.

Breakfast ticked all the boxes, you can always find fault in the little things like no bread knife beside the crusty loaf but choice and quality were good. Room was well made up and very clean.

It was a great stay, very good location, only 15 mins walk to city center. The staff was amazing and very helpful! We could leave our luggages to the hotel until the train departure time for free and enjoy the city. Highly recommended

Staff appear over run by the amount of visitors to this hotel - management need to consider this!
Breakfast is chaos, perhaps consider allocating time slots on check in? Breakfast was appeared hot but of average quality. We gave up because it was so hectic.
Can't fault the staff on the ground floor, they're doing a great job under very difficult conditions from what I witnessed. They need better support!

Overall a good hotel, super easy to hop on the public bus to get to all sights. Staff were nice, would’ve appreciated an early checkin or at least a follow up given I was waiting in the lobby. Convenient restaurant Sofias was good and had a fun vibe. Hotel food was on the tasteless side - had the cheese pizza and wings and would not recommend.
