Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh West End

Room was clean and felt newly-updated, although on the smaller side. Our rear-facing room was very quiet. Parking was convenient. Breakfast and common area were excellent, and the staff was super helpful. Good location - not exactly in the center of the tourist sites, but an easy 15 minute walk or 5 min taxi/uber (which were readily available). Some good restaurants, coffee shops and pubs nearby.

The staff was incredible! I felt so bad for them because their server was down when we tried to check in. Even though there was a lot of people very frustrated, they handled the situation with class and dignity. They gave us free vouchers for drinks. Which was very kind. They held our bags for us so we could go explore the city while we waited. It was a great location and you could walk anywhere you wanted from it. The breakfast was amazing! My Family commented that it was the best spread for continental breakfast that we have ever had. Delicious bacon and sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit, parfait bar, croissants, pastries, all the most amazing things that you would want for breakfast. I wish we could’ve stayed more days. The rooms were very nice and clean. They locked up at night and I felt very safe there. Would recommend this to any family and friends going to Edinburgh, Scotland.

Room was excellent and staff exceedingly nice and helpful all in all an excellent choice.
