Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh West End

While I appreciate Edinburgh was busy due to a big music concert, the marathon and it being a English Bank Holiday weekend, the hotel were clearly charging a premium which wasn't deserved! For the price, I've experienced significantly better accommodation throughput the world. Some of the opportunities : - poor water pressure in the shower - washbasin was cracked - headboard was tatty and deteriorated - brown stains on the net window curtains - no complimentary bathroom extras Thanks for taking time to review my concerns

First time stay at the Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh, the desk staff were nice and welcoming, we checked in after 4 pm, went up to the room and found bed sheets with dry blood. We left our bags and went down straight to the reception to report it and went out for dinner. When we came back the sheet were changed but that put us off completely and we had bad sleep. I don't expect that for the price Arden bby Hiltonn charge

Staff was nice and friendly, room felt a little run down. The carpet was a tripping hazard, it had pulled away from thefloor.

The receptionist I spoke to on arrival when there had been a mix up and I’d been given an accessible room that was too big and had lots of alarms fitted around the room which I didn’t need was very hostile in her manner which I didn’t feel was appropriate

Shower could have been a bit warmer. Bed was hard. Had issue with payment.

Hotel excellent & staff very friendly & efficient

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. Overall, a clean, welcoming hotel that made my stay truly enjoyable.

God frokost , men noen negative ting . Det er ikke varme på badet , fryktelig kaldt gulv . Og det er kun en skyvedør til badet , som går inn i klesskapet . Den er ikke tett .

Hotel limpo e quartos silenciosos com bom tamanho. Tem pontos de onibus perto da recepção. Cafe da manhã estilo Hampton, poderia ser melhor com produtos frescos. Funcionários educados e atenciosos.

Room spotless. The staff couldn’t have been more obliging or helpful. Excellent customer service.

Room warm and clean and staff were really lovely. Would book again if we go back to Edinburgh.
