Surprisingly pleasant for a big chain. Largely down to excellent staff. Decent pool and spa facilities, good bar food.

From the start the staff were fantastic, helpful and everyone was so friendly, the hotel looks amazing. Went to the restaurant for dinner and food was delicious Will definitely be back

Stayed for a Christmas shopping trip. Only ate bar snack in the evening but bar staff very friendly and made a pleasant evening.

Excellent service in a great hotel

Great hotel, impressive foyer and bar area. Friendly professional staff gave a warm welcome and were very attentive throughout the stay. Stunning room spotlessly clean. The pool and spa area are a real bonus and again the staff here were first class. Great breakfast with all the choice you could ever ask for and a enthusiastic and talented counter chef. Waiting staff were very friendly and complete professionals keeping a busy service moving with ease. 1st rate hotel in a good location for the city, arena and galleries. Hope to stay again soon. Everything was perfect except for the approach to the hotel and the parking - which was partially blocked.

The only issue is the road leading to the hotel is very difficult to navigate to, but hotel was good Car park for a big car if difficult to get in and put
