街の中心地からは少し離れていますが、その分車がある場合にはアクセスしやすいです。 部屋やサービスは申し分なし。朝食も満足の内容です。

日本人には色々サイズが大きい。 部屋は綺麗でスタッフは顔が見えると直ぐに声を掛けてくれるのは素晴らしい。 しかし 歯ブラシなど日本では当たり前のモノがない。

英語があまり上手でないのにもかかわらず、丁寧に要望を聞いていただきました。 部屋では若干隙間風があったので、ブランケット持ってきてもらいました。 とても親切でコンシェルジュの人も優しかったです。 個人的にはホテルのコンビニのようなところの店員さんに優しくしてもらったのが嬉しかったです。 Hiltonなのに！？と思う部分もなくはなかったですが、ダイヤモンドプリンセス号のコロナウイルスのニュースが連日放送されている中、嫌な顔一つせず接してもらえただけで安心しました。

中央駅や中心街からも歩ける距離で、なおかつ静かな環境

部屋もデスクスペースもベッドも、散らかしても邪魔にならない程度に十分な広さであった。部屋からの眺めは郊外のシティービューで、グラスゴー大学のタワーも見える眺めで、比較的良かったのではなかろうか。ホテルのすぐ横に高速道路が横たわってはいるが。 朝食に不満を抱く人は皆無と思う。特にはオーダーして調理してくれるオムレツは絶品である。 滞在期間中に水周り設備に問題が発生したが、驚くほどに迅速に対応してくれた。 ホテルフロントで、何度かレストランやショップの紹介をお願いしたが、特にレストランに至っては地元の人が集まる本当においしいお店を紹介してくれたようで大満足であった。 ホテルの立地は、市街地中心部から徒歩１０分程度で便利だが、高速道路の近くなので歩行者にはあまり優しくない。徒歩２分で電車の駅なので、電車利用の場合には便利な立地である。タクシーで便が良いのは言わずもがなである。 こういうわけで、総合評価は「大満足」である。

perfectly clean hotel, breakfast was great.

Very good stay. We had an issue when we first checked into our room that the safe was beeping, called reception and they said they will get someone to check it. Within minutes maintenance were there and got it fixed and were so helpful. All the staff we spoke to were polite and lovely.

The hotel was awesome. Staff super helpful and nothing too much trouble. Rooms were spacious and clean (needs some more storage space though). Hotel grounds amazing, food choices great and sports and spa clean and modern

Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who was very helpful about informing us about Glasgow and transportation to the airport, etc. Was welcome advice and all went smoothly!!!

Stayed for one night for going to a gig at OVO Hydro. 10/10 Location: convenient for going to OVO Hydro, which is about 15 min walk away Cleanliness: Spotless, in both public areas and inside the rooms. Flowers in vases dotted around everywhere - nice touch Breakfast: Omlet with different fillings of your choice made to order, fresh fruits, thick Greek yogurt and fruit comport as well as standard hot breakfast, cereal and fresh pastries. Lots of options for hot drinks, including non dairy options (oat milk etc) and hearbal teas. Such a nice feeling to have proper tea pots too. Clean and well managed by friendly staff. Pool and spa area: the pool was crystal clear clean water - it a single stray of hair in the cubicles or shower when I went mid-morning. Sauna and steam room also clean. Parking: located on the basement level. £16 for 24 hours and very secure and convenient. Service: courteous friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back when staying in Glasgow again. I’m

Room, staff and pool etc were great. I wasn’t impressed with the food though. Ordered a pizza in the bar on Sunday evening before I left and it was the worse pizza I’d ever eaten. I asked for olives on it and thought it would be the black ones put on a freshly made pizza. It looked and tasted like a cheap frozen pizza with slices of green olives that looked like they’d come out of a tin!

Excellent hotel with superb amenities.

I am filling this feedback out on behalf of my husband who had made the booking. We had made the booking for my husbands 40th birthday and whilst we enjoyed the stay. There was a few things that could have been better l, firstly we did not have a good nights sleep, the room above us was clearly having a late night party and whilst I understand noisey neighbours is perhaps a risk you take when staying in a hotel, this impacted our children and the next day for us all. As we were all very tired from being woken up several times in the night. The other thing that was disappointing was the pool temperature, although staff at the pool said it was what it should be it felt very cold so much so my 5 years old son didn’t want to get back in it after being out for a short period of time. The pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel so the children had an activity to do within the hotel so that was disappointing. Lastly I ordered room service on one occasions, originally the staff member has said it would only remake 15-20 mins but it ended up taking closer to 50 mins which again was disappointing. This stay was for my husbands 40th birthday so was supposed to be special.
