Absolutely terrible. We booked two rooms, and despite having the confirmation, only one room was booked. Hotels.com didn't offer any help, the Hilton would not originally honour the booking, it took almost two hours after an extremely long drive, to get this sorted.

Spacious room, good breakfast & nice location.

The room was nicely decorated. There was an issue with the shower slow to drain and also no conditioner in the supplied bottle.

Everything was excellent with the stay. Friendly helpful staff

The entire visit, although a short one was excellent!! From the initial checking in proceedure, to the cleanliness of the room & the breakfast was amazing! We will definately use thw Glasgow Hilton again! Tremendous staff too!

Excellent, clean spacious and fantastic view over Glasgow

Car charging in car park very complicated and took us an hour to sort. No biscuits with tea and coffee.

Room was good , clean , basic nice room . Staff on reception were courteous and professional Public areas like bar and restaurant area updated. Pool area was ok , couldn't lie on loungers as the pool area was just too cold . Breakfast , which you pay extra for was nice , but expensive for what it was , but expected in a hotel .

Good stay. Nice space to relax with the family at various spaces and the pool. Poor Gluten Free choices at breakfast with bad quality GF bread. Cleaner didn’t do a good job of the morning clean. Overall it was just above average.

Lovely clean room & comfortable beds. The hotels public area is beautifully decorated & festive. Breakfast was great. Fab stay again. 😊

Room was great, really nice hotel

Arrived an hour early to check in and was told room would be ready in 30minutes. Waited at the bar, went back and room still wasn't ready 20minutes before check in time. Frustrating as we had a show to get ready for and it's quite a late check in time anyway and early check out time. Room was lovely, fantastic breakfast selection and good pool area made up for it though.

Friendly helpful staff, quick and easy check in. Lovely breakfast with lots of variety, and staff replenishing items and clearing plates quickly. Very enjoyable stay and looking forward to returning

I had the best time ever! I added this night to an existing reservation for a week I had, as everything was beyond my expectations. I loved the buffett breakfast, the sauna/steam room, the beautiful view, the comfy room...
