This is my very first time staying at Metropolitan YMCA hotel and it was wonderful. The location was very nearby bus and MRT station and easy access to city centre. The room was so spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and informative. I would definitely come back again to this hotel 😊

The staff is very helpful and polite and always smile to guests. The information they gave was good. Have free shuttle bus to Novena Station. Very nice hotel with location view and park, near Zhongshan Mall and terminal. Very recommended for travelers.

There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel with buses all the way to downtown areas within 3 stops to Orchard Road. We had really good value for money for staying in this hotel. The room is spacious and quite modern and comfortable. Breakfast is okay in terms of quality and quantity. All of the staff are very helpful and polite. Definitely will stay here again.

The front office ladies were so nice. The room is clean and got free mini bar! The location is superb, just 200m from Bugis central street food stalls, cafés, and Middle Eastern and Malay resto. 7 minutes walk from Bugis MRT and Raffles Hospital, just 100m to Sultan Mosque.

Extremely great location as it is located at the heart of the town area. A perfectly great venue for staycation for couples and friends going for shopping for long hours! Only one side note for the hotel management to take note of is the showerhead in the bathroom, that the tap for water isolation between showerhead and rain shower is slightly leaking.

The friendly hotel staff (a sweet lady and her male colleague) at the front desk helped me so much with my navigation around the city as I was new to the city and I never got lost with their help with directions to places. The hotel itself is strategically located where it is near the cultural area where there are many halal middle eartern or asian eateries and in front of it is Sultan Plaza for you to get some stuff. The street where the hotel is located on is not noisy and safe for walking at night with a decent view. It is near the MRT station of Nicol Highway where going to Marina Bay is so easy and quick. Definitely will stay here again.

Definitely 100% will come back again 👍 The hotel is small but complete and comfortable. The room is small but not damp at all. There is a pantry available, you can cook and drink water as much as you like. There is also a refrigerator. Don't forget there is a place to iron clothes. The service is very friendly and the price is very reasonable... 🤗 I stayed 4 days 3 nights and there were no shortcomings at all staying here.

It's a good place to stay for a solo traveler. Nearby the Bugis MRT station. Clean and spacious bathroom. Locker/storage with a numpad-secured lock. Air circulation is maintained very well. No bad odor in the entire building. The pod itself is spacious. There is enough space next to the bed that can fit an opened 20-inch luggage.
