The place is nice and comfortable. Very close to the MRT station (right in front of the hotel). If you want to go to Sentosa, it's also very close. In front of the hotel, there is also a mall if you want to find food and snacks, there is also Timbre+ Hawkers nearby if you want to find food with cheaper prices. Overall, I am very satisfied staying here for a week.

Had a really pleasant stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was very nice, spacious, and super clean. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, such a great experience and I would definitely come back again 😊

Hotel location near Orchard Road is convenient for a stroll to nearby malls, restaurants, and shops. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. The room was large, clean, the bed comfortable, air conditioned cold, and water pressure strong. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Will repeat my stay if I visit Singapore again.

The location is very strategic, with direct access to Tanglin Mall—perfect for easy dining and shopping. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Royal Plaza on Scotts. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk away from the MRT station, making it very easy to get around. The place was nice, clean, and spacious. The location is quite nice with a bus stop, convenience store, and restaurants nearby. Although some taxi/grab drivers are not familiar with it (because it is relatively new), the building is easily recognisable. The instructions for checking in and out when there is no staff are clear and easy to do. The washer and dryer are very convenient if you travel light. There are a fridge, microwave, and hob to store and cook some food.

This is my first time staying around Stevens and I love the neighborhood. Another thing that is important to me is that there's a bus stop just in front of and across the hotel. The hotel also has Killiney Go and 7/11, which is very convenient. Overall service, cleanliness, and room space are great. I would come back next time.

Nice hotel and clean. I always stay here when I come to Singapore, all the staff are helpful and friendly, especially the front office staff. Near to Mt E hospital and just a walk to Orchard city center. Very recommended hotel. Will be back to stay again.

Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10!
