The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Access to the pool was convenient. The balcony area was nice to chill at during night time. There was also an NTUC supermarket, which makes it easier to get snacks and drinks. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return as it was perfect for 5 of us. Thank you OCC.

The hotel looks like an old building from the outside, but upon entering, it's actually quite large, with plenty of rooms. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I requested a sea view and got both a sea view and a city view, allowing me to enjoy the fireworks on Chinese New Year's Eve. It was absolutely amazing. You could check in straight away in the morning, as it's just a short walk to the port building. If I ever visit Johor again, I'll definitely stay here again.

The must-stay hotel when you go to JB 🖤. Everything is easy, the staff were friendly, the room is clean and super comfy. The hotel is linked with a mall so you can buy or eat without going anywhere far.

Citrus Hotel is the best hotel to stay if planning to and from Singapore, just 5 minutes walking to JB CIQ. All the front reception was very good, my sincerely thank you to En. Putera, where he made our check-in fast and smooth as we are rushing to catch our train to SG. And thank you so much Mr. Eswaran for a great and good breakfast. Ohhh ya, the room was cleaned everyday during our stay for 4 days 3 nights. Parking just paid RM15 per day with security. My family was very happy and surely will stay in the same hotel again and again.

A hotel suitable for transit and family accommodation. The family room is large and spacious. The surroundings are filled with various convenience stores and places to eat. It is the best choice. The staff is friendly and responsible.

strategic location for the needs of Regency Hospital, 5 minutes walk, food around is also okay, minimart is there, breakfast is also okay, hotel is quite new, seems to be the tallest hotel around the hospital, the best choice for those looking for a quiet and comfortable atmosphere because it is far from the busy city center

Great place to stay. Very nice and comfortable for families. Clean, neat, and well maintained. The team was friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I left an item behind and they kindly kept it and handed it over to the Grab driver without any hassle. Will definitely come back if I visit Johor Bahru again.

The hotel facilities are very complete, the room size is quite spacious, the food has many variations, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very helped by the night shift hotel reception staff (female) who provided detailed information about the departure process from JB Central to Woodland Check Point in Singapore, because this was my first experience coming to Johor Bahru via Singapore. Checked in at 10 PM. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and decent for the price. Very convenient location with lots of eateries directly in front of the hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean, there was a dining area upstairs for us to eat, a prayer room in the women's area, and the food at Kopi Tiam was also really delicious. It's close to the mall, shopping centers and dining areas, a mini market, and it's also close to the Woodland checkpoint. I'll recommend it to my friends, and I'll be back again.
