Great stay overall! Staff was extremely nice and attentive! Only downside to staying here is that there’s no onsite laundry mat and no room service available.

Pro - location close to trains to airports Cons - bathroom is the worst, no where you can put your toiletries and clean clothes. No divider between shower area and toilet so after shower, you need to come out to the room to dress yourself as the floor is all wet. Tap in vanity is those sensor type, a pain to use when you try to wash your face in the morning as water just stopped as soon as your hands moved away. Not that easy to access restaurants, most close around 8 pm so if yours is late flight it would be hard for you to find something decent to eat. It is the first time I go to Seoul so I chose somewhere close to the train line and it turned out thats the only useful features this hotel offers. Make sure you don't choose their special deal with the Korea pass and duty free vouchers as they are pretty useless "bonus" but you pay more to book this in the first place. Will stay elsewhere next time now I have some idea about Seoul.

Room power supply is bit old. No USB for example.

The best transportation convenience for visiting tourist attractions

I stayed at this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the metro, and it takes about 15 to 30 minutes to reach various main areas in Seoul. I felt very safe walking between the hotel and the station, even at night. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I was a bit disappointed with the gym, as the equipment was quite old and there weren’t many options, although it did offer a nice view. Overall, everything was good and I had a pleasant stay.

No AC or Heat you can choose in the room. Either AC season or Heat season regardless of the actual temperature. There was no AC for me. Upon checking in sticky droplets on the uncarpeted floor. Green stuffs on the showerhead. Worn out towels with an actual hole in it.

Best thing about the stay was daily room service and very comfortable bed. The A/C was broken for the entire stay, despite it being late winter / spring the room was stuffy and hot during the day. We let the front desk know on our second day, we were told that they were working on it and nothing improved for the rest of the week. They suggested to keep the windows open, which only helped a bit. Luckily the temperature was bearable at night. It didn't help that Korean hotels have much smaller rooms. This hotel in general also had older furnitures, can see tables cracked and metal in the shower fall off.

3rd time we've stayed there. Comfortable a bit pricey but got the job done.
