Super nice location. Close to the subway and bus stop to go around. Clean, comfortable, and excellent amenities. Love this place at first stay that made me cancel another hotel booking to re-book my other night stay at this hotel again. Would love to stay here again or trying another Shilla accommodation in the country.

Staffs are very friendly and know how to speak English. Hotel accommodation very comfortable and enjoy. Easy to go anywhere. Have a nice holiday. Staffs clean our room every day, neat and clean as well. Worth it to stay here. Price is also reasonable.

My room was on the high floor and good view. However, the room was a little warm on the first few days and the AC was not controlled by the room controller. The bath room did not have vent to remove steam after shower and made the room hotter and humid. The amenities were good but they did not have a lounge to sit, either. It is a nice hotel and good basics but few were missing considering the brand Shilla.

Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Very nice bathroom with bath and shower.The rooms are a good size for solo travellers however people with multiple suitcases may struggle for space. No wardrobe space provided in the room I stayed in. The room layout is the biggest negative as the sliding door can’t fully block the automatic motion sensor light in the corridor which is activated by people walking past the room outside. Also the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, therefore the room is quite warm.
