Super nice location. Close to the subway and bus stop to go around. Clean, comfortable, and excellent amenities. Love this place at first stay that made me cancel another hotel booking to re-book my other night stay at this hotel again. Would love to stay here again or trying another Shilla accommodation in the country.

Staffs are very friendly and know how to speak English. Hotel accommodation very comfortable and enjoy. Easy to go anywhere. Have a nice holiday. Staffs clean our room every day, neat and clean as well. Worth it to stay here. Price is also reasonable.

small room. limited tv program. very weak water pressure, but came right away to try to fix the problem, and made it better - I appreciated it. noisy - I did not know that area is that much busy traffic area. The staffs were nice and kind enough.

Their advertisement saying it’s two twin beds is false. It is two single beds which is completely different. They advertise that there is air conditioning. There is no mention that this means only when they feel it should be turned on. I like to sleep in a cool room and even on hot days we were forced to open the window which meant you had the sound of a busy street. I complained and they said they would send up a fan. Very disappointed that they advertise falsely. Would not stay there again and very disappointed since we couldn’t move to another hotel as prices had gone up.
