Location, location, location! Right next to river & restaurants, excellent bar just outside entrance. Very clean & courteous staff, rooms are small with no microwave. Would definitely stay here again!

The bar vanity light could not be turned off at night, took an hour to find any staff (they don’t have a concierge at all night - this was at 11:00pm), and when someone showed up he put a towel over the light instead of moving it and unplugging - not a great sleep!

This is a classic hotel with excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and attentive. Location in old city on the water is delightful. The restaurant serves excellent gourmet meals in an upscale white linen tablecloth restaurant. The artwork on the facade is beautiful and historic. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
