I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Taipei! The location was super convenient — close to public transport, night markets, and lots of great food options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations.
I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the thoughtful little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a comfy bed after long days of exploring the city.
Highly recommended for solo travelers or anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place to stay in Taipei. I’d definitely come back!

Great service! Friendly staff! Nice room! The whole hotel is inspired by Le Petit Prince which is one of my favourite cartoon characters of all time!! You get simple buffet breakfast on the weekends and semi-buffet breakfast on weekdays which is very good too! Merely 5 mins walk from MRT.

The room is very spacious. And in the center of Ximending Very convenient to travel. In addition, the ground floor is a mall that has both figures and various fashion at an affordable price. The basement is a food court. If you don't know what to eat, you can go and eat. The staff were all lovely and well taken care of. Including housekeeping Hospitable Next time I will go to stay here again. Very impressed.

The service is excellent. The staff is cheerful, speaks fluent English, and gives easy-to-understand instructions. The room is very clean and comfortable, everything can be adjusted with the iPad available in the room or via the citizenM app. The view from above to see the city and the cars running below is great. What I like most is the bathroom, the water is strong and there is a tropical rain shower that pours water from above, extremely comfortable. I don't want to go out after taking a shower :) Especially, it's close and convenient to go anywhere because it's only a few hundred meters from the MRT station. You can take the MRT, walk, or call Uber if you go further. If you use Uber, remember to check the bill carefully after arriving, if there's anything, report it to the Uber operator immediately. Many drivers see that you are a tourist, so sometimes they think that if you add more money, you won't notice. In general, this citizenM North Gate hotel is great. You should experience it! :)

We had a pleasant stay here! It was our first time in Taiwan and we were happy we chose this hotel. It's located near Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and just a few minutes walk to Ximen Walking Street. The staff was very friendly and accommodating 😊
