The staff are so lovely. We chose to book because we called to ask about various things and they didn't get mad at all. They even let us leave our bags before checking in. They were so lovely. The staff were on standby 24 hours a day. The room was spacious (but not very soundproof). It's right in the heart of the city. Right in front of the hotel is Suki Chang Phueak. It's convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend it. The price is good. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff came to clean the room every day, so I felt bad. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Chiang Mai.

Our stay was totally awesome. We arrived early in the morning around 7 AM and they allowed us to drop our luggage before check-in. They upgraded our room, which was so nice. The room is so spacious, and we have our own kitchen. Super lovely.

Stayed here for my solo trip and everything was great—felt just like home. The bed was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They also have a laundry area which is so convenient. Definitely booking here again next time. Highly recommend for girls who travel alone!

The hotel surrounding is very nice, nearby shopping street and cafe. The ambiance is calm and somehow it feels very relaxing. They have a dispenser and refrigerator filled with cold water, which is a good point since Chiangmai is very hot. The staff is also friendly.

Great location as it's in the centre of most attractions (cafes, bars, night markets, etc.) around the city. Beds are clean and cozy. Will definitely come back again whenever in Chiang Mai.

The property offers a fully functional fitness center and swimming pool. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, with a convenience store directly across the street, making it very convenient. I will definitely stay here again because of the friendly price and outstanding service. There's absolutely nothing to complain about!
