Good price this time ofv year and walking distances to Istanbul Modern and Taksim Square. Also must see Dolmabahce Palace and ride an eve boat tour in Sea of Marmara.

Excellent hotel, guest relations (mainly Tolga and his colleague) made me feel valued and welcome and were also very helpful in organising excursions and extras I wanted included for my anniversary, great customer service & experience overall.

They tried to charge me twice. While I already fully paid for my stay ahead of time, they charged my card again when I checked out. There is still a pending charge on my card statement and they are responding.

This hotel is in a great location, easy to catch the bus or call a taxi. Overall staff were helpful and eager to help, when we had some issues with dirty towels they helped and fixed the issue right away. Check in and check out were simple and room was quiet with good AC. Overall we liked staying here.

The lobby is great. The location is weird. In Room 401 the bathroom stinks. The reception and guest relation staff need training. When you have a problem, first they blame you. Then lie. When you are enraged, offer remedy, but it is so humiliating that you decline. Their motto towards guests is “we do not care”.

I don’t think this hotel matched the level of Hilton hotel. It claimed to be 5star but no service as five start. Room was not so clean. This hotel asked for deposit 100$ and they promised us it will be returned in 30 days max but they never did return the deposit.

It was really nice, I just have one complaint! I asked the front desk if all the rooms came with complimentary breakfast and he said yes but the next morning the check in person said we did not have it for our room number. Having everyone on the same page with the same info, would be fantastic!
