部屋とかホテル全体的にはそんなに若くはないのですが、とにかくスタッフの接客態度が全然ダメ。 1人だけならたまたまかな？と、思えるのですが大半のスタッフが気分を害するかな！？ 2度目は無いですね。

Herşey çok güzeldi

The service wasn’t great. Very slow internet. Food not great and overpriced. Reported faulty fridge on day one and absolutely nothing was done about it. Broken phone system, had to go downstairs every time I needed reception or room service. They did not clean my room one day, run out of toilet tissue. I would not stay there again. This was not a 5star hotel experience.

It’s my 5th time staying here and each time I leave wanting to go back! From the amenities to the rooms, to the workers everyone and everything is amazing. Especially a big thank you to Mr Servet for his kindness and great service, was a pleasure to meet him. Will definitely be returning again

Really loved this beautiful hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing so delicious I always wake up so happy to come and enjoy the breakfast with such good food choices and traditional Turkish breakfast. Such a friendly team at reception and the waitress/waitors for breakfast too. The food is very good quality and delicious! Such a clean posh elegant hotel and local to Taksim which is great. Loved the rooms were so clean and beautiful views

However, I believe it is important to share my recent experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Istanbul – Piyalepasa, as it involved both areas of concern and commendable service. Upon arrival just after midnight, I was unexpectedly asked to provide a 100 EUR deposit for the minibar, which was surprising given that minibar charges are typically settled at checkout based on actual usage. Additionally, I inquired about a room upgrade, and was quoted 110 EUR by the night shift staff. He invited me to view the room the following morning before making a decision. However, when I returned the next day, a different staff member quoted 250 EUR for the same upgrade. This significant discrepancy in pricing and lack of internal communication was both confusing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the front desk staff was not positive. Their attitude lacked warmth and hospitality, and at times they gave the impression that they were above assisting guests. This is not the level of service I would expect from a Hilton-branded property. The breakfast offering also fell short of expectations. 2 günlük bir konaklama yaptım. Konumu ve zincir otel markası olduğundan dolayı burayı tercih ettim. Ancak otel tam anlamıyla rezalet. 3-5 lira fazla vermeyelim diyerek burayı tercih ettik. Ancak PİŞMANLIK.
