In the room there were scuffs on the wall and wallpaper was peeling. The TV didn't work. Two outlets didn't work. The front staff and manager I needed to deal with, Ludmilla, and I forgot the manager's name did not treat me curteously. Will not come back to this hotel

This place is nasty n dirty

The property is undergoing renovations, however it did not impact my stay. The room I had was fine.

Could’ve been better especially for the price. Rooms were ok but could hear neighbors all night. They don’t clean your room unless you ask them too and when I called the front desk and asked if I could get more coffee for the room they said ok, but I never heard from them again.

Poor room condition - ac knob broken, half of the room lights didn't work ... The sink has a slow drain - the room carpet was very dirty. Basically the pics on the booking was massively photoshopped or must have been 10-15 years old. Location was good but not the hotel. At least not the 5th floor. Even the corridor carpet was torn and rundown

My experience at the hotel was very disappointing. It took a long time to get my room, and the first one I received had equipment that was not working. I was moved to another room, but the condition was horrible—the walls were broken and the overall state was unacceptable. I had also requested a fridge, and while the front desk receptionist called for one, it was never delivered during my two-day stay. This lack of service and poor room condition made my stay very uncomfortable.

The hotel is certainly dated but they are in the process of updating. Even in the dated rooms it was still a pleasant stay.

The room did not look anything like the picture. A bit shabby but clean. Beds were good.

It’s a property under renovation. Its facilities in room or at common area is like we live in 1980’s No breakfast they just give you a fruit, coffee and croissant! , no stable WiFi thru out my stay, no fridge, no basic essential toiletries like body wash, room interior is not clean n tidy. AC area is messy by water clogging. Room carpet is dirty but no slippers provided

Staff was great. Hotel itself not so much. No cold water in my bathroom sink. Not enough electric plugs for recharging my phone and laptop.

Condition of the building/rooms are very very very rough. Pictures online are deceptive. Staff uses construction as an crutch. At our time of stay only the first 6 floors had been remodeled. Priced is too high for condition of the hotel. No vending, ice and water did not work on our floor. Door lock did not work had to get staff to let us into room every time we left until another room became available the next day. Buyer beware spend the extra money avoid this place at all cost.

The housekeeping and concierge were extremely kind and helpful. The front desk was only ok. The hotel is convenient and walkable, but that’s the best I can say about it. If you’re expecting the hotel that are in the main photos, that is not what you will find. The lobby is very small and looks nothing like the photos, unless that is in a hidden area we did not see. The rooms are VERY old and dated. Discolored pink tiles in the bathroom. Old and peeling/yellowing wallpaper. The mattresses were very old and outdated. Would compare to a pull out sofa mattress. I have stayed at much less expensive/lower budget/cheaper hotels that were in a great deal better condition/quality than this. It was not an awful stay, but I felt I way overpaid for the quality I received. The deadbolt on the door did not even lock. The outside noise was not too bad considering the area the hotel is in, but the noise in the hallway was very loud and intrusive.

This property needs serious investment. The rooms are dated and in poor conditions. The tiles in the shower were falling off and it had mold everywhere. The beds were unbalanced. All furniture looks worn and very dated. It has seen better days, to say the least.

The door of my room was not getting locked properly and the wifi of the floor is terrible rather worst and I have to pay a fee of $75 to recharge my phone data.

Stayed two nights. No body soap was provided, and even hand soap was missing the first night (only hand soap was provided the next day).

Too pricy. I expected more for $300 room. Beds are uncomfortable. Carpets are old even the ones in the hallway and so is the air conditioning unit which makes a loud noise. Bathroom door can not be closed properly due to the fact that it did not fit. It was kind of disappointing.

Our AC didn't work they brought us in a fan and that was about it. I kept getting random charges I didn't do throughout our stay I had to keep asking them about

1. The main doors of the room are not in good shape. 2. It says continental breakfast but only provides cupcakes, crossiant, fruits and coffee with a limitation and restriction. 3. The wifi in the room is poor and hardly open up any browser page.
