The property was huge. Very walkable and the variety of places to eat and shop were prefect. Very adult oriented, lots of clubs, Internet in West tower was too slow for me to use my laptop. The veiw was part ocean, Check in was unique all self sevice done by computer. My 13 year old and I will be doing it again next year. It was a nice place to spend 4 days at. Its a casino so expect prices to be higher. Food was 6great in all 5 venues we went to for dinner. Broadway Burgers and Ossu Asian Tavern were our favorites.

This was overall a bad stay and it was a birthday trip. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 4am. N im still waiting back for my incidental deposit been over a week

When i went to my room the roo. Was still dirty. Room service forgot to take out the dirty linen. And the sheets had stains on it. Our toliet had to be change because it wouldnt flush. We had to keep going to the casino to use the bathroom until Maintenance came to give us a neww one.

Room was awful. Wooden floors that were not clean and the bathroom was dirty!! The bathroom had hairs from someone else and red stuff in the cracks of the floor, which to me appeared to be blood. Gross!! Old outdated room, could hear every sound. Was next to the mechanical room so could hear all those sounds and could hear every movement of people coming in and out. It was on the cheaper side definitely for a reason. Nasty. Won’t be staying again.

Went with my two daughters. One 3, one 17. Ill say the Topricana has something for everyone. My oldest was impressed. Only thing I was upset about was during checkout i stood with kids and bags for an hour while they tried to find who had my car. When they gound the car nobody had the keys. Another half an hour. Being with kids Valet was essentially needed. The communication between the bell services and valet waa no existing. The last hours trying to get my vars and bags in one location dampeed the whole frip. We stayed two night. I would recommed this hotel for familys. Just make sure you tell the valet Nd bag vheck you are with young kids,.an hour

Overpriced food, and our time spent from check in to check out 2 of 4 garage elevators out of order so it was lines & packed out elevators passed capacity. Elevators closed on you, trying to get from parking lot to actual room tower. Had to walk through dirty/smelly/unsafe/ confusing stairwells. Checked in, room wasn’t fully clean, housekeeping was next door and was told to call the front desk to get assistance.
Cracked glass door at level 1 garage. Non-secured access door from street to stairwell of hotel(allowing non-guests entry)

There’s so much to do within the property that you don’t really have to leave! VERY good food options. Nearly all staff were exceptional. The annoying thing was having to deal with both my room key and my rewards card replaced daily (one day was more than once) because they stopped working. The property is huge, so the extra walking to just redo the cards was not fun. Also, the backups at the elevators definitely took chunks of time out of our stay.

Was a horrible stay had to wait 25 minutes for each elevator and only two were working. The facility was very dirty. There was dust in the tub in the bathroom trash behind the beds and it wasn’t comfortable at all. I will never be staying there again.
