The property was huge. Very walkable and the variety of places to eat and shop were prefect. Very adult oriented, lots of clubs, Internet in West tower was too slow for me to use my laptop. The veiw was part ocean, Check in was unique all self sevice done by computer. My 13 year old and I will be doing it again next year. It was a nice place to spend 4 days at. Its a casino so expect prices to be higher. Food was 6great in all 5 venues we went to for dinner. Broadway Burgers and Ossu Asian Tavern were our favorites.

I love staying ar the Tropicana more than the other,Tropicana have a variety of restaurants and shopping, especially the market place where you can have cheap breakfast ,and lot of googies Nice clubs

Was a horrible stay had to wait 25 minutes for each elevator and only two were working. The facility was very dirty. There was dust in the tub in the bathroom trash behind the beds and it wasn’t comfortable at all. I will never be staying there again.

In the Havana Tower 3 of the 5 elevators were not functioning the entire stay. There was a LONG line to get back up to your rooms. One morning the escalators were also broken. The Windows and Mirrors in the room were dirty and not cleaned. The chair had sticky stuff on it. Overall it was AWFUL!

I have stayed here now four times and really is the only casino in AC I will stay at. The price is always great, you have so many options within in this massive property at any time of the day. All the food options while expensive is always great quality and very good, staff couldn't be friendlier and I have never had a bad room! I alway try to stay in the Chelsea tower or Havana tower.

Room had to be changed 3x no Ac the other 2 were dirty last one smelled like cigarettes and it was a nonsmoking room. Manager took 20 mins to come out and talk to me barely smoke asked condescending questions and gave attitude
