Great experience at Tropicana. The rooms are very clean (though the furniture is a bit outdated in the West Tower), the staff is very professional and quick to respond to your need, and the casino and the resort are very well run and maintained. Many things to do in the resort itself. Not to mention convenient parking. We are looking forward to coming back.

Horrible stay. Elevators everywhere broken, wait times for elevators were OVER an hour. Parking garage stair doors broken so had no choice but to wait for elevators. Check in and check out lines ridiculously line, fees for using kiosk. All restaurants were 2+ hour waits. Trash everywhere outside hotel. Room bathroom dirty. Overheard other guests talking about roaches in rooms

The toilet kept backing up there was blood on the door. The bed was uncomfortable the tv was small 25 inch. I will never stay there again

It was to big to navigate through. You had to go up and down escalators to go out on the boardwalk. No maps for the property. Had to keep asking for help!! I don’t think I will ever go back. Besides an extra $150.00 hold on my card for the room. Was not happy!!

I wasnt able to get a motorized scooter because i had cash. It could only be done online and i AM handicapped. It made my trip so much more unexciting. Also we werent given coffee or cups for our second day and no room service for cleaning the room.
