The hotel has everything there. The location is great and right on the boardwalk . There are excellent , reasonable food choices in the food court and delicious sit down restaurants aswell. The Tropicana is huge like a cruise ship you definity Get the feeling your on vacation while staying! I will always stay at Trop!

Toilet couldn't flush and refrigerator didn't work. And they switch me to another floor abd that smell like mildew

Casa taco was delicious Room and hallway of the west tower were dirty- obvious old vomit and just a dirty rug. Gross but the price was good

First of all, with all the expansion Trop has done over the years, the place is huge. I did not know where we parked in the parking garage until we found the elevator and there was a sign. We arrived early and were told we could use one of their pools while we waited. We finally found the adults only pool and were told if we wanted to sit, we had to rent a chair or lounge chair. There was free seating at the bar but that was in the shade. We left and finally found one of the family pools that was packed with loud screaming kids but we were able to go outside and found two lounge chairs. No charge at this pool. Mine was covered in sea gull poop. Now for the room. We were on the 18th floor in Chelsea towers. There were 3 elevators, two were broken and the third was a small one that looked like a service elevator. There was a very long line to wait for the elevator and as we went up and stopped at floors people asked us what was going on. We finally got to the room which seemed outdated. King bed was very comfortable!! WiFi was basically nonexistent! Took forever just to get to the Google homepage and then the WiFi cut out. Had to start over and over. Finally went outside to the boardwalk and used our data. The room has no USB connections except for a promising look thing for wireless charging along with two USB ports. None of which worked. Of course we had cable but forgot to bring a wall plug. People were nice but you really see this was not a new room.

I love the Tropicana. The rooms are spacious and the dining options are wonderful.

Cigarette smell,elevators was horrible waited around 15mins.room service was okay they don’t make your bed up every day you have to text IVy to let house keeping know what you.Food was very expensive

I was here for several days with my family , we stayed in the West Tower 39th floor “none smoking “ they said it was none smoking when it wasn’t our room smelled like cigarettes called the from desk mentioned it to them they basically said well send housekeeping up to spray the room . Well they never came I was stuck with this room. They never came to fix our rooms when we clearly asked . I can go on and on . Never will I ever stay here again . Definitely wasn’t clean and it smelled dirty . I’m glad I can Clorox wipes to disinfect everything . The housekeeping crew either need to retrain or a sit down because it’s really unacceptable.

Beautiful stay just here and there bad trashy smell, also super hot felt like AC didn’t work well.

Location was good and staff was polite, but the hotel was dated and dusty. My first room smelt like smoke before I asked to be changed. The wallpaper was peeling off, closet door was broken, Toilet roll holder was broken, and only 1 elevator was working. Overall not a great stay at all. I hope they can do some renovations because it's such a waste of a great location.

There are a lot more dining options at the tropicana than some of the other places but it is very inconvenient to get to the beach especially if you are carrying a lot of stuff. It is also a far walk to get to the casino from a room in havana tower. Everything seemed run down and dirty. I paid for an upgrade to my room , i would hate to have seen the original room because the upgrade was absolutely not worth the money. The room was small,dingy and dirty. I would say the tropicana is absolutely not guest friendly. I was very disappointed in my stay there.

LOCATION was good but no securities on parking or at entrance....

Rooms are dated, hotel area not very clean, very expensive, pools are only open until 6pm.

Despite being in a non smoking room, room reeked of cigarettes

Horrible stay. Elevators everywhere broken, wait times for elevators were OVER an hour. Parking garage stair doors broken so had no choice but to wait for elevators. Check in and check out lines ridiculously line, fees for using kiosk. All restaurants were 2+ hour waits. Trash everywhere outside hotel. Room bathroom dirty. Overheard other guests talking about roaches in rooms
