The location is very strategic, so it's easy to go anywhere. The place is clean, there is also a laundry if you need to wash clothes. There is a cafe selling sandwiches, coffee, beer, and others, quite nice. Most importantly, there are lockers to store your stuff so you don't have to worry, and the AC is really cold, perfect for resting after a tiring day of walking. Recommended for those looking for a simple but complete place!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was amazing. They served different type of pho every morning (chicken or beef) along with small selections of breakfast buffet. Everything was great during our stay and they also allowed us to leave our luggage during our trip to Sapa and Halong Bay.

The Urban Quarter Hanoi

The hotel is in a great position. I can walk everywhere I wanted, and I can park my motorbike there 24/7. The staff are very thoughtful and friendly: Nam, Linh, and Khanh. The room was cleaned every day. I will always choose this hotel when I go to Hanoi.
