Do có việc tại Hà Nội nên mình chỉ ở một đêm, tuy nhiên mình rất thích khách sạn này. Phòng tuy nhỏ nhưng ở khu phố cổ mình không hy vọng gì về diện tích. Bài trí xinh và thơm. Phòng rất sạch, nhân viên nhỏ nhẹ, nhiệt tình. Hy vọng khách sạn luôn duy trì được dịch vụ tốt thế này. Là một nơi đáng quay lại.

Amazing staff, very friendly and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation (duong restaurant, only a walk away!) and cold towel + tea when we came. The room for 3 had 3 separate beds, balcony, closet, and spacious bathroom. Very clean and no problems! Staff were patient, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was made to order and delicious! Amazing value, location, staff, accommodation, and food. Will definitely stay again!

Friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. It's a big street in front the hotel and every thing is around like food, clothes, and a lot of coffee shops. The hotel is not far from Hoan Kiem lake, and the old quarter Ha Noi, ...I will stay at hotel Bel Ami when I come back Ha Noi because i feel comfortable there.
