It is a good hotel. Room is good. Staff also is good. Near the metro station and also walking distance to West Lake.

We had a fabulous stay in Pan Pacific Suites Ningbo. The bathroom was great! I love the soap especially. I think Pan Pacific really has its own style and taste that is very suitable for modern young people. This time, I got help from Leo, a super nice and helpful officer in the hotel. From easy check-in to check-out, he managed to help me to get easy. Thank you once again Pan Pacific Ningbo. Recommended to choose.

Good location, friendly staffs with good english, large room with good view.

The room is clean and the front desk staff is very helpful with our every request. The hotel has a cute robot to send delivery food to your doorstep. If you don't mind the slightly busy street noise during the weekday mornings, it should work fine and be great for you.

I went to Yiwu to accompany my son, who was going to Zhejiang University. The hotel is close to campus and offers a free shuttle to campus. There are plenty of food stalls nearby, so finding food wasn't difficult. The hotel also provides a washing machine, dryer, and soap, which guests can use to do their laundry free of charge. Staying in a Smart Room with voice commands (in Mandarin) was a great experience during my stay at Yiwu Chenming Hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the menu varied. If I go to Yiwu again, I will definitely stay at Chenming Hotel.

The hotel amenities and F&B were really good! To have a good view of the Hangzhou West Lake, prefer to stay on the 8th floor. I should say the hotel breakfast buffet spread was really good with wide varieties to choose from.
