The hotel staff are all friendly, greeted with smiles, greetings & good attitude starting from entering the parking lot, continuing into the clean & fragrant room, cool AC & water heater is also great, strategic area close to important places such as eateries, coffee shops, hospitals, stations, travel buses, even not far from the police station. Definitely will come here again...

If there were 10 stars, I'd give it to Ashley. The service was absolutely amazing. The receptionist, Saskia, was very humble and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, fragrant, and close to everything. Especially at night, the vibe is so beautiful, seeing Jakarta!

This is my review of the second day. Like yesterday, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and strategic location in the Sabang area made this hotel a perfect choice. I then continued my journey by train at Gambir Station. It was truly amazing, the hotel's proximity to Gambir Station was so close, taking less than 15 minutes. I would like to thank Winda Liedy, Hotel Manager, for her kind response to my comments. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.
