The hotel staff were all friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The sheets, towels, and bedcovers were all spotless. The strategic location is easily accessible, and the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and eateries. Every time I visit, the hotel is always busy with visitors.

Every corner of the rooms and public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and hallways feel well maintained. The housekeeping staff works quickly and meticulously, so the atmosphere remains fresh every day. 🍽️ Breakfast & Food Breakfast is served in buffet format with a variety of local and international menus. Bread, cereal, fresh fruit, egg dishes, and coffee or tea are satisfying choices to start the day. Additional menus outside of breakfast are also available at the hotel restaurant with delicious taste and friendly prices. 👥 Service One of the best aspects of a stay at the Hermitage Hotel is the service of the staff. The front desk and guest services staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide information about the surrounding area or additional services like airport transfers, laundry, or culinary recommendations.

I don't regret choosing this hotel. All the staff are very nice and friendly, from the security guards and receptionists to the housekeeping staff. The room's interior is beautiful and comfortable. It's clean and fragrant. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the toilets are clean. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Plasa Indonesia, Green Indonesia, Thamrin City, Tanah Abang, Sarina, Bundaran HI, the MRT, and the train station. Next time I'm in Jakarta, I'll definitely stay here again ☺️👍

Strategic location; close access to Cikini station, food, and entertainment (Metropole XXI). The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped, from a washing machine and iron to cooking utensils. There's a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to try them. All the staff are friendly and responsive. There were some issues with the air conditioning and the deposit refund, but everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups.

This is my review of the second day. Like yesterday, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and strategic location in the Sabang area made this hotel a perfect choice. I then continued my journey by train at Gambir Station. It was truly amazing, the hotel's proximity to Gambir Station was so close, taking less than 15 minutes. I would like to thank Winda Liedy, Hotel Manager, for her kind response to my comments. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.

I spent almost 2 weeks at Daun Residence and absolutely loved it. The room was perfect—comfy, cozy, and just what I needed. The big TV with Netflix was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. The entire place is super clean and well-maintained. For the price, it's definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay!
