Tersedia juga fasilitas untuk menaruh luggage sebelum waktu check-in diperbolehkan. Lokasi yang gampang dicari karena dekat dengan Crowne Plaza, tempat makan, ada Bila-Bila Mart juga. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit on the 45th floor. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, and even included a washing machine and dryer with detergent provided. The view was absolutely stunning.

Saya menginap di lantai 39-4. So far paling nyaman tinggal di sini selama di Malaysia. Pergi bawa orang tua, mereka nyaman dan merekomendasikan ke keluarga. Dekat ke mana-mana, mau naik transportasi umum atau Grabcar pun aman. Dekat sama McD, minimarket dan harus coba durian di Fruitastic KL City Walk, staf jujur, rasanya paling enak, manis, fresh. Kalo ke KL lagi, saya pasti menginap di sini. 🥰

Crown Regency Serviced Suites

Love everything about this apartment/hotel whatsoever. My room is superb. Larger than other hotel that I visited (which more expensive than this). Very cosy and everything work well. Swimming is consider medium size but still happy to venture inside the pool with my kids. Hoteliers are very friendly and kind enough. Maybe I book online using direct credit card payment thus they don't collect any deposit. Which is good to because that time I didn't have cash on hand. The parking, as mention by others, very narrow roadway so please be careful and must turn on front side sensor so that you don't bump into walls. Hahaha free parking (1 suite for 1 vehicle). But parking can be paid RM10 per entry (cheap okay!). I don't favor to have view suite so we got level 9 thus the view is another building beside us. I don't have any regret

Really enjoyed my stay – felt comfortable and welcomed from the start. Ambiance & Facilities: Clean, cozy, and nicely decorated.
