Hotel overbooked on our first day, but they replaced it with a hotel near their place. It's a new hotel and we were really satisfied with our stay. On the 2nd day, they upgraded our stay to a villa with 2 bedrooms. A fully furnished house that can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a smart TV, free hi-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment, gas hob & water dispenser with hot & cold drinking water. Overall, we had a good experience with Bamboosa & will come again one day.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The facilities provided are very complete and well-maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a modern design, making for a more enjoyable rest. The service from the staff is also commendable—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The hotel's location is also strategic, close to various eateries and a cafe called Sampan Cafe (in the same area as Urbanest Inn House TB Simatupang) and the city's activities center, making it very convenient during your travels. The staff is friendly & helpful, checked in at the time they should have closed but were willing to wait until late at night. I got lost because the street was dark with no lights, but the staff was quick to pick me up. Asked for early breakfast because I had to check out early in the morning, but they were willing. The food, although simple, was delicious, free coffee & tea were provided 24 hours. With a cheap price, simple but comfortable rooms, a nice atmosphere because it faces the lake & the staff were very helpful, I highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you, see you again & I will definitely come back 🙏

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

- Strategic location close to the hype places in Malang. - Very clean rooms, good hot water, good AC, good in-room wifi, good TV, complete amenities, there is a hairdryer. - The price is in accordance with the facilities obtained. - 5S service from the staff is properly implemented. - There is a swimming pool, welcome drinks, a mini local MSME product outlet, and a comfortable guest waiting room with a coffee shop near the hotel lobby. "Recommended" if you are looking for a hotel with a price range of 500 to < 1 million with premium facilities (according to the price). - Suitable for staycations and / or family gatherings (family trips)
