The check-in was smooth and I was given an upgrade to a suite which was huge and provided spaces I didn't necessarily need but wouldn't refuse to have. It was quite a big hotel and taking about 5 minutes walk to my room. The beach was within walking distance and conveniently surrounded with many options of stores. I planned to stay for one night, but since it was so enjoyable, I decided to stay one more night which was a no-brainer decision to make.

This place is truly a hidden gem in Bali. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and exceptional. The front desk team provided a warm and professional welcome, while the security staff were attentive and always ready to assist. Communication via WhatsApp was effortless and impressively quick. The welcome drink was a lovely touch—especially after a 22-hour flight, when I was completely exhausted. The housekeeping team went above and beyond by assisting with my luggage and escorting me to the room. The room itself was absolutely stunning. The first floor features a spacious living area with a beautiful pool view, creating a perfect space to relax. Upstairs, the bedroom offers comfort and privacy, along with an additional terrace that is simply breathtaking. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest places to stay in Bali. Our overall stay was fantastic! I would definitely consider staying in the hotel again when we come back to Bali. This is our third time staying at Horison, the hotel is in a very convenient location to restaurants and stores, everything you need. The room is pretty comfy, all the hotel crew is friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel can be busy, we don't feel annoyed, rather feel like a family vibe.
