I chose Alila because of the comfort. Apart from hotels located in the Seminyak area, wherever you want to go, it's close. My super comfortable room with open sea view, even though the price is a little expensive, it is worth it with the view. Thank you to Mrs. Rina as the manager and Mr. Ngurah, who have helped a lot over the past 20 days, they are all friendly and helpful. I will come back if I have a holiday in Bali.

This place is truly a hidden gem in Bali. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and exceptional. The front desk team provided a warm and professional welcome, while the security staff were attentive and always ready to assist. Communication via WhatsApp was effortless and impressively quick.
The welcome drink was a lovely touch—especially after a 22-hour flight, when I was completely exhausted. The housekeeping team went above and beyond by assisting with my luggage and escorting me to the room.
The room itself was absolutely stunning. The first floor features a spacious living area with a beautiful pool view, creating a perfect space to relax. Upstairs, the bedroom offers comfort and privacy, along with an additional terrace that is simply breathtaking.
Without a doubt, this is one of the finest places to stay in Bali. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay.

Our overall stay was fantastic! I would definitely consider staying in the hotel again when we come back to Bali. It has the good ambiance we need - quiet for stay and when you walk a bit, you get easy access to everything, e.g., foods, convenience store, money exchange shops, some shopping stalls, and a very nice spa called Emily which is affordable and their masseuses are amazing! The hotel is incredible. The room is spacious and filled with everything you need. The staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and insightful! There is a pool that is spacious, you can sunbathe, and the sunlight is very good. The location is also in the heart of Batu Belig, easy access, many parking spots, many eateries, shops, and restaurants as well.
