It happened to be a family vacation, and Senyum World Hotel was perfect for families with small children. The facilities really pamper the kids. The indoor playground is spacious and open until late at night, the kids didn't want to go back because they were having so much fun playing. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft, although the blanket was a bit thin, but it was enough to keep the body warm at night, the bathroom was also clean. The food was also okay, there was quite a lot of choice, and the menu was also kid-friendly. The best thing was the location, close to the tourist area in Batu City. It's also in the same complex as Jatim Park 3. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The location is separate from the busy center, the cool air and beautiful mountain views make us more comfortable enjoying a vacation with the family.

The staff was friendly. The hotel rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was sufficient for a family. The swimming pool was clean, fresh, and had a beautiful view. Highly recommended.

Staying at Batu Wonderland was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean and tidy—from the front area, hallways, and even the rooms themselves, everything was immaculately maintained. I stayed in a Deluxe room, and it was quite well-equipped. There was a mini-fridge, plus complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made me feel at home. Another bonus was that if you stay on a Saturday night, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks from 6 PM to 8 PM. It was perfect for a relaxing snack before retiring. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the toilet smelled good and was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay. Best for families: this hotel is kid-friendly. Children can swim for free in the waterpark, and there's also a mini playground for the little ones. So not only will the parents be happy, but the kids will be too. Overall, Batu Wonderland is highly recommended, especially for families with children. It's comfortable, clean, has complete facilities, and there's also entertainment for the kids. It's worth it!

The hotel is good, located in the center of Batu city, close to the town square and Jatimpark, easy access, clean rooms, quite child-friendly, lots of facilities for children that make them feel at home playing at the hotel.
