The staff were friendly, including the one who helped direct the car. Security was also responsive. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I hope to stay here again.

Friendly staff, spacious, clean rooms, hot water works normally and is strong, amenities are ok, highly recommended.

The hotel staff were all very friendly. I left my bag in storage after checking out because I wanted to try tengkleng and go to MBZ. That evening, I returned to the hotel because my Jakarta train ticket was at 7 p.m. They were friendly and served me wholeheartedly when I picked up my bag. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, to the receptionist, who were patient and smiling. 😁
