Air conditioning was great, room was clean and staff very friendly, helpful and informative!

We stayed two nights over a weekend, and were not prepared for the noise from the in-hotel club. The club was on the 1st floor, but the sound and bass from the 5th floor was still palpable way beyond 3am. Although this is mentioned briefly on the website, it cannot be overstated how loud/disturbing it is. The rooms were rather aged with fraying wood and stained showers, and the bedding was heavily stained if you lifted off the covering sheet. Would not return.

Both nights that we stayed were very noisy due to the night club. Ear plugs didn’t do anything as the noise was loud till the early morning.

Staff welcoming, room very clean, conveniently located, great air conditioner, nice bar downstairs. Night club downstairs wasn't too disturbing, after a day walking around the city it was easy to sleep. Enjoyed our stay.

Because there is a nightclub downstairs it was so difficult to sleep. The noise was ridiculous and it went until the early hours of the morning. We were on the sixth floor and it was extremely loud. I feel for anyone staying on the lower floors. We only got told about the nightclub when checking in. When paying over $300 a night to stay you wouldn’t expect to have to put up with that level of noise. I would never stay again.

Don't stay here. I left a full drink of Vodka in the fridge. I called them and they said they will keep it for me to collect. Then they said it was not found. Stealing from the customers is not ok. Plus, way too noisy to sleep. The nightclub thumps all Saturday night till Sunday morning.

This is a very central and convenient location. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, though the lobby area had an unpleasant odor.

The room was spotless and very well presented. The staff were really lovely too and very helpful. We very much appreciated the late checkout. One thing though, there was a terrible smell in Reception when we arrived, not sure what that was but apart from that it was a wonderful stay.

Room was good. Staff were good. The only problem was that I wasn't aware that there was a very loud night club below that operates from 11pm to 5am on Friday & Saturday nights.

They claim to be a 4-star hotel. They are not. Their website boasts “a relaxing boutique hotel” — adorable, if you find sleepless nights relaxing. The “tea and coffeemakers” are a plastic kettle and instant coffee. “Room service available” means a vending machine in the foyer. Breakfast? None. Just a friendly suggestion to “try a local café.” The “on-site restaurant” is a nightclub with deafening music, sticky floors, and patrons who think balance is optional. The lobby is tiny, gloomy, and guarded by nightclub security who look puzzled that you’re holding luggage, not a cocktail. Yes, the fine print mentions a nightclub — but not that it thumps beneath your bed until 5 a.m. The complimentary earplugs are more of an admission of guilt than a comfort. Return from dinner after 9 p.m.? You’ll be rerouted through the smelly carpark, weaving between drunk revellers and the occasional fight in the alley. After zero sleep, housekeeping twice burst in before 10:30 a.m., despite our confirmed noon checkout. No “Do Not Disturb” sign, naturally. The promised manager call never came. In short: this is not a 4-star hotel. It’s barely a 3-star — a Budget Rave and Sleep Deprivation Centre disguised as a “boutique experience.” Perfect if you enjoy instant coffee, no sleep, and being serenaded by subwoofers until dawn.

Air con not effective , extremely noisy with nightclub upstairs which they are not upfront about , very outdated rooms and bathrooms for price
