Great location, easy to walk from the domestic airport. The hotel took 100AUD deposit but forgot to put it back in our account however, after a quick email they apologised and we got our funds returned. Would still stay here again.

Everything was lovely however we booked to go to the executive lounge which was disappointing compared to many if the Asian Hotels. Another small thing is they didn’t book our bus to the airport the next day. A minor thing and easily rectified but should not have happened. Saying all that I would stay there again but not book the executive lounge.

Clean room and very handy near the airport. Still quite a walk to Terminal 3 and thought they may have a walkway from the parking near P1 completed where you could walk across without getting wet when it pouring like it does in Queensland

It will be good to have a Bidet fix in the toilet. Fortunately, we were not be able to book the Hotel Bus A$8/pax for 4 to International airport on our requested time online. Happened to speak with the front desk and they could help us booked a Van for A$30! Could accommodate 5 pax and 5 Big luggages, that is even more cost effective and convenient.
