Very convenient before our early morning flight!

Very peaceful and restful

We booked top room for 500 per night. They gave us a room with no bath no lounge nothing besides a king bed. We left without refund as it was opposite to advertised room. The staff were rude and unhelpful.

A place where everything is perfect for a weary person needing comfortable rest.

The room was clean and tidy, bit disappointed that there was no mini bar available in the room and you are meant to phone down to reception for everything, but this was not clearly explained but overall the hotel was excellent.

Perfect location for early morning flights !

We stayed as we were flying out very early back to Canada . It was pricey and paying for the shuttle seemed ludicrous. The staff at the hotel lounge we’re honestly terrible! The one gal avoided me as I was standing waiting to order drinks and it wasn’t even busy. Then our burger was raw so the main waiter took it back . The waitress brought two small plates after I told her we were sharing that we’re do small we had to eat small bits at a time and she didn’t even bring napkins :(( Although convenient don’t think we’d stay at that particular hotel again for the cost .

The Pullman at Brisbane Airport is a find, just a three-minute walk to the domestic terminal, yet surprisingly calm once you're inside. Rooms are genuinely quiet, with none of the noise you'd expect so close to the tarmac. The restaurant is a cut above standard hotel fare, and the bar is a good spot to decompress after a long flight. Highly recommended for anyone transiting through Brisbane.

Always the perfect place to stay by Brissy airport, beautiful hotel, great brekky, very modern and rooms are good size. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful

Beautiful quality hotel. There are two restaurants - the one at Pullman - formal dining and dress code, and at Ibis neighbouring hotel - more casual and diverse menu. All good, lovely rooms.

We only stayed over night As we arrived in at 5 pm from Overseas’s long haul Quick check in and nice room comfy bed We were disappointed with my dinner in the restaurant I ordered butter chicken and it was like a bowl of soup hardly any chicken in it We brought it too their attention they brought a second one exactly the same

Everything was perfect, as expected. Disappointed nobody answered my email regarding my query how to get there from the international airport. I found my way. That was the main thing. Arrived around midnight, gone at 7am.

When we checked in at about midnight after a cramped 4 hour Jetstar flight from Darwin, we were told by the staff they had "maintenace issues" with our room and that we would need to take a twin instead of a king. The beds were small and my wife and I slept seperately! We paid $329 for one night in a superior room with a king bed and left around 6am the following morning. Normal business practice when there is an issue is to recover the situation say with an upgrade or a partial refund or an offer of a free breakfast - in this instance it was a downgrade! Very disappointing and fortunately there's an Ibis next door who will be getting all of my business from now on!

Bellman was snooty, front desk failed to secure an early morning airport transfer as promised. Good news is the hotel right next door, thru the lobby, had a fantastic restaurant.

Good airport hotel option. Easy check-in and check-out, breaky buffet was ok. Would consider for future near-airport stays.
