A great place to stay, check in was very easy and the staff were extremely friendly, parking was great and safe to leave car over night.
The only thing was there was no milk in the fridge when arrived, not much of a problem as supermarket across the road but would of been much easier if had milk when arrived

We’ve stayed here several occasions now & really enjoy it, great location close to restaurants, shopping, public transport.
Always quiet & easy to navigate around.
Staff are always super helpful & nothing is to much trouble.

I stayed in a studio room which is nice and clean. The problem is, these rooms are adjoining to other rooms. If you have noisy neighbors like I did, its best not to book these rooms.

Basic studio does not have a balcony which was unclear wheen booking.

The location of this hotel was excellent being next to a tram stop which was free travel into the CBD. However we had a car, and I did not realise that car parking is not covered under the hotel room rate. In addition, we were told there were limited car spots and it was booked out, so we needed to park at a nearby outdoor carpark for $28/day.
The cleanliness and property condition left something to be desired. One of our 2 room keys did not activate the lights in the room. There was mould on the bottom corner of the shower. And when I lifted the covers on the first night, there were shoe prints on the bedsheets. When I phoned reception, they brought new sheets but left us to change them. Then when I lifted the sheets off the bed, I saw that the mattress protector was stained yellow and even had someone’s period stain on it!
Overall a great location, but a disappointing experience for a 4 star hotel.

Pros : Very convenient location with IGA, woolies and dan Murphy’s nearby, close to the tram station as well. Water pressure in the bathroom is good and staff is very helpful.
Cons : The bed is really hard that I couldn’t sleep properly, they use two single beds to combine as a queen size bad which is very annoying. Toilet is a bit stinky. My key card couldn’t connect to the holder properly causing the lights keep going on and off. Very limited amenities.
Overall not recommended unless you want a cheap place to stay and close to groceries.
