The hot water on the basin was not working. One of the shower panel was missing. We hung NOT DISTURB but they cleaned the room. No filtered water jug in the fridge. Noisy due to the stairs creaking because the family room was beliw ground. Breakfast was very limited and most disappoiinted that coffee (except for instant) needed to be paid separately, I would definitely not promote "Breakfast included" with this standard.

Fantastic welcome to a heritage hotel. Easy access for my wife, who is on crutches,however parking was a bit of an issue. Room was large,but a bit noisy, breakfast great, try the yoghurt.

Excellent accommodation, service is very personalised. Vibe of the hotel is very nice. Price point is excellent. Breakfast was unreal, all Tasmania produce and more than adequate. Location is central and easy walk to anywhere.

The hotel was wonderful. Its location is perfect for an easy walk to the waterfront and cbd. The room was fantastic, really warm in the winter months. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the complementary breakfast set me up for the day.

Heritage building, well maintained. Rooms have recently been updated and still have an older feel just due to the nature of building itself. Comfortable bed. Staff at reception/bar super lovely and helpful! Continental breakfast was great. Accessible location. Very limited parking but fairly good access to street parking. Would recommend.
