The staff were lovely, nothing is too much to ask. The property is in a fantastic position with easy walking to amazing restaurants, and constitution Dock. Breakfast is included each day, with lovely selections of cereals, pastries, toast, yogurt and fruit, etc. I loved that there were beautiful plates and China tea pots and cups for our use. It would be hard to choose somewhere else to stay. We had a two bedroom apartment with lots of space. The public areas were beautifully decorated and inviting. A very relaxed and comforting place to stay. Great value for money

The hot water on the basin was not working. One of the shower panel was missing. We hung NOT DISTURB but they cleaned the room. No filtered water jug in the fridge. Noisy due to the stairs creaking because the family room was beliw ground. Breakfast was very limited and most disappoiinted that coffee (except for instant) needed to be paid separately, I would definitely not promote "Breakfast included" with this standard.

Fantastic welcome to a heritage hotel. Easy access for my wife, who is on crutches,however parking was a bit of an issue. Room was large,but a bit noisy, breakfast great, try the yoghurt.

Excellent accommodation, service is very personalised.
Vibe of the hotel is very nice. Price point is excellent. Breakfast was unreal, all Tasmania produce and more than adequate. Location is central and easy walk to anywhere.

The renovated hotel that is since 1875, we enjoyed to stay historic building. The room we stayed King heritage twin for 2 adults and 2 children, it's enough space to stay. Only one thing that I feel too bad is we need much time the room become warm due to high ceiling.
