The reasons why I keep staying in YEHS Sydney Harbour Suites on Sussex st is, it feels like a home & the staffs are very warm & very helpful. Hanny the manager, Mey, Mark & all staffs in the reception are amazing, great location & clean. Thank you soo much ❤️

Great location, it is between Darling Harbour and Townhall train station, both just about 5 minutes walk away. I love that the toilet includes a Japanese style bidet toilet seat, so that is refreshing and important for personal hygiene! As the hotel is near Town Hall, there are a lot of eateries nearby and you can also walk for less than 10 minutes to Macdonalds and KFC that are operating 24 hours! Many great food are located in Chinatown in which you can walk just about 10 minutes! I want to share as well that the staff there were friendly!

Deposit AUD 300.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Dirty, stinky, rude stuff. The gym was smelly and had no machines, just a couple of noisy treadmills and a few old dumbbells. Room was noisy and the view was terrible. Nothing to save here. Just stay away from this garbage.

The rooms were dirty and very dated. We complained that our room was grubby and in need of a full refurbishment. The staff were friendly and offered us another room but this was equally dated and smelt terrible. We eventually accepted a smaller room with less facilities as it was just bearable. The manager offered us the penthouse suite for our last night, this was a very nice offer but overall, the whole hotel is in need of modernising, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The staff were patient and accommodating to our complaints.

I am a walker and could walk everywhere I wanted to go: good public transport close by if preferred. I booked three nights ahead of a cruise, the location was more than adequate for Darling Harbour & the Quay, Rocks, Opera House, Botanical Gardens etc.

We got cheap rates (46%off) which made it reasonable but wouldn’t pay full price. It’s clean but a bit tired and aging. The bed was leaning and tilting on one side. Good enough for short stays for sure

The room was straight out of the 60's and tired. Got email from hotel after checking out that hotel was just purchased and needs refurbishing. If that's the case why are you charging full fare. If I order a steak at a restaurant and they run out they don't serve me a hamburger and still charge me the price of the steak. The staff were very friendly and have heard these complaints before. They handled the complaints well.
