Lokasi yang bagus, ia adalah antara Darling Harbour dan stesen kereta api Townhall, kedua-duanya hanya kira-kira 5 minit berjalan kaki. Saya suka bahawa tandas mempunyai tempat duduk tandas bidet gaya Jepun supaya menyegarkan dan penting untuk kebersihan diri! Memandangkan hotel ini berdekatan dengan Town Hall, terdapat banyak kedai makan berdekatan dan anda juga boleh berjalan kaki kurang dari 10 minit ke Macdonalds dan Kfc yang beroperasi 24 jam! Banyak makanan hebat terletak di Chinatown di mana anda boleh berjalan kaki hanya kira-kira 10 minit! Saya ingin berkongsi juga bahawa kakitangan di sana ramah!

Rooms could use a refresh. Very dated, especially the bathroom. Carpets in room and hallway were very dirty. Sheer curtains under the main blackout curtains would be nice as we could see right into the hotel rooms across the streets

Room was clean and all amenities available. Rooms were serviced daily and was much appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. As well this hotel sits in a prime location and is a great base to Darling Harbour as well as bus, trains and trams. Was a great spot to stay with my young daughter. The added benefit of a pool on site was great and allowed us to have some downtime without having to brave the heat. All up really enjoyed my stay. Was good value for money.

Issues when checking in as they wanted to overcharge above what the booking invoice was stating. Room wasn’t ready on time. The security deposit has not been released yet. Not to mention hospital looking bathroom with a toilet seat missing the cover and no hand wash soap or other amenities available. Staff was poorly communicating and has made our checking process frustrating and lengthy. The check in issue was rectified only after my call to Expedia that contacted the hotel

The room was okay. We stayed for two nights to help with jet lag after a 15 hour flight to Sydney. Unfortunately, the room was considerably out of date for what we paid to stay here. The AC and power didn’t work unless you left a key card in a little receptacle in your room. The bathroom and bedroom had a weird smell, and the room wasn’t the cleanest. The staff and location, however, were impeccable. Quite frankly, the one reason it’s rated this high.

The beds were stiff as a rock, I might as well have slept on the kitchen counter. It was filthy under the beds. The parking was very limited and way too compact.

Okay but compared to the Meriton Suites on Liverpool Street just a bit older. Still Ok and facilities (washing machine/dryer etc) and staff good but slightly tired. I booked a double and twin thinking it was a hotel but actually each apartment slept 4 a double and twins in the main room.

Good location but rooms need a renovation, we also ended up with an accessible bathroom and water from the shower went everywhere and there was no storage.

キッチン、洗濯機付きの部屋で、バスタブなし。アメニティはありましたが、ディスペンサーは壊れていて、シャンプーが出しずらかった。シャワーホルダーも壊れていた。バスタオルのみ人数分あり、フェイスタオルは洗面に1枚のみ。毎日クリーニングはあり。立地的には便利。清掃はしてありますが、施設の古さはいなめません。スタッフは親切でした！
