Jonathan checked us in, and really we would not have had such a nice day in Brussels without his attention and advice. He helped us check in and was very hospitable, showing us on a map where we should go for food, drinks and places of interest. He is excellent and provided exactly the hospitality we needed as newbies to the city.
The room was standard, we felt the bed was too firm, though this is a preference.

At 6:30 am a strange noise, like a construction, started to come from outside. I could not sleep afterwards. The lobby personel that I called said there was no room available to swap. Terrible service.

Had a great stay, It just that our room was not ready past 1 hour our checkin time, we were tired with the travel and had to wait for room to get ready. Staff offered us a drink in the roof top bar but we didn't had time to visit the bar.

We were referred to this hotel by a friend that lives in Brussels. Overall the hotel service & amenities were very good with the exception of the reception desk. They appear inexperienced and not customer oriented. Specifically, we showed up before normal check in time and they said they could assign a room for us at an extra 59€…we decided, of course, to wait in the lobby until 15:00. Also we booked a king bed room, but they changed it to Queen and would not change it back even with booking evidence.

The place is not in the best location. Lots of people in the back street that felt unsafe. Not the best neighborhood. The rooms look outdated (the sink and the shower cabin had a drainage issue), the internet doesn’t work in the rooms and the air conditioning is faulty.

Our actual room was great , but didn’t like the fact that I reserved this hotel around 2 months ago and I had agreed to pay at the hotel, when the hotel charged me they were asking for more than double the price i was not impressed !!! And when I asked for a taxi for the airport it was also double I therefore took an Uber. Nice hotel but robbery !! Would not recommend because of this !!!!!

The room was clean & updated & in a convenient location. However our room backed onto a pedestrian street & was so noisy we barely slept. Also the body wash in the shower was empty & the young lady who checked us in was not very welcoming. I probably will avoid NH next time.
