I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking around and sightseeing. Everything I wanted to visit was within easy reach, and the area felt safe and lively. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Hotel! The location of the hotel is central and right next to a metro station, so very well situated. The quality of the hotel was that of a 4*. The staff were very polite and helpful. We travelled as a family with children and friends and it the hotel was exactly what we needed to enjoy our trip to Brussels. We would definitely recommend and don’t forget to check out the roof terrace for the views.

The only issue was the room overlooked a bar, so it was noisy until around 3am, but location was great, room was lovely, and the breakfast with view was sublime!

Hotel is clean, good sized rooms and comfortable. It is in a busy shopping area but fairly easy to get around. Unfortunately we had one morning with no hot water. These things happen but the hotel did not communicate with guests (or apologise) about the issue. The curtains do not fit the windows so we had strobe effects from a shop display over the road all night. This isn’t isolated to our room as the others in our party in adjacent rooms also had the same issue. Reception said they would sort it after the first night … but nothing was done.

However, during our stay we were without hot water for a number of hours with no communication from the hotel on the issue, which was very frustrating. We also experienced some other problems, but they were dealt with quickly and professionally. Most of the staff we encountered were polite and friendly but there was some confusion re check in (we had to check in twice) which could have been handled better.

It had a very strong perfume scent in the lobby. At first it didn’t bother me, but it became noticeable every day I stayed when I returned from outside to the lobby. It wasn’t too awful, but very strong.
