전체적으로 깨끗하고 쾌적하며 조식이 좋습니다. 하지만 모든 나라에서 오는 사람들에게 직원의 안내나 친절은 좀 더 신경써야 할 거 같습니다.

중심지에 있어서 이동이 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 깔끔한 호텔이었습니다.

Really unsatisfied with most of things such as a fake smile for front desk, dirty kettle. Especially when I ask for special rate of our company, he didn’t give me a full explanation. Cannot believe such a bad manner & conditions.

check in 하고 room 에 들어갔을떄 . 슬리퍼와 물이 준비되어 있지 않았습니다. 이 부분은 추후 호텔에서 각별히 신경 더 써 주었으면 합니다.

깨끗하고 조식도 매우 만족함

Everything was good except for the air conditioner. I told the reception that the heater seems out of order but they did not fix it and tell me any feedback on the problem. And a little noisy in the very early morning - I guess the flight from the china arrives at that time...

Great Hotel! The location of the hotel is central and right next to a metro station, so very well situated. The quality of the hotel was that of a 4*. The staff were very polite and helpful. We travelled as a family with children and friends and it the hotel was exactly what we needed to enjoy our trip to Brussels. We would definitely recommend and don’t forget to check out the roof terrace for the views.

The only issue was the room overlooked a bar, so it was noisy until around 3am, but location was great, room was lovely, and the breakfast with view was sublime!

The hotel is well located, near the the attractions in Brussels.

O hotel é muito bom, muito bem localizado e oferece um excelente café da manhã. Fiz a reserva com quatro meses de antecedência, informando que viajava com minha esposa. A reserva, feita pelo Hoteis.com, especificava quarto com cama de casal. Ao chegar, fui surpreendido com um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Ao questionar na recepção, fui informado de que, por ter reservado pela Expedia, estaria “sujeito à disponibilidade” — dito em um tom depreciativo, como se reservar por essa plataforma fosse algum tipo de demérito. Achei a atitude desnecessária e pouco acolhedora. Por outro lado, o hotel atendeu ao meu pedido de um quarto silencioso em andar alto, o que foi um ponto muito positivo. O quarto é amplo e confortável; a TV não tinha streaming, mas oferecia bons canais em inglês. O banheiro é espaçoso, embora o box do chuveiro seja minúsculo e a pressão da água muito fraca. O frigobar estava quebrado. Avisei a manutenção, mas não foi consertado até minha saída. Minha esposa havia comprado alguns iogurtes para guardar, e acabaram estragando. Resumo: excelente café da manhã, localização perfeita, quarto espaçoso, mas chuveiro ruim e atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar. Apesar do problema com as camas, a qualidade do sono foi muito boa.

I checked in early and the room was not available. The front desk lady told me that they will email me when my room was ready but I never got the email until I went to check in again at 4 pm.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, otel temiz ve odalar büyük.

It had a very strong perfume scent in the lobby. At first it didn’t bother me, but it became noticeable every day I stayed when I returned from outside to the lobby. It wasn’t too awful, but very strong.

Very noise room, we can hear noise and light fro. outside the bedroom. Highlighted this to reception during check out but didnt do anything about it. Also noise in the room refrigerator Bad night indeed. might as well sleeping outside in the street.unhappy
